The MQA had anticipated concluding the evaluation process for the 2026/27 Discretionary Grants funding window by 30 June 2026.
However, due to additional steps required introduced to ensure a fair and comprehensive assessment of every proposal received, we have not completed the allocations as yet.
We remain fully committed to conducting a thorough and equitable review.
As a result, we have adjusted our estimated timeline and now expect to communicate funding decisions and outcomes by 31 July 2026.
