Bursary Applications for Unemployed and Employed Students Currently Funded by the MQA Now Open for Continued Funding for the 2024 Academic Year

The Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) is a Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) for the mining and minerals sector in terms of the Skills Development Act No. 97 of 1998.

The MQA would like to invite employed and unemployed students who are currently being funded by the MQA to re-apply for a MQA bursary for the 2024 academic year.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS FORM MUST ONLY BE COMPLETED BY EXISTING MQA BURSARY FUNDED STUDENTS. THE APPLICATIONS FOR NEW APPLICANTS FOR 2024 FUNDING ARE CLOSED.

Closing Date for Applications

The closing date for applications is 15 December 2023. Late applications will not be considered.
