The Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) is a registered Sector Education and Training Authority in terms of the Skills Development Act of 1998.

The MQA wishes to appoint a service provider to undertake a research study into the nature of demand and skills supply required with the changing technology in the mining and minerals sector (MMS).

Evaluation criteria

  • Phase 1: Mandatory Requirements
  • Phase 2: Functionality (Technical): minimum threshold is 60 out of 100 points
  • Phase 3: Price=80 points and B-BBEE=20 points

Closing date

The proposals must be submitted electronically at tenders@mqa.org.za by no later than 11H00 on Monday, 07 November 2022. Late submissions will not be considered.
