MQA/03/22-23: The Appointment of a Service Provider to Research and Develop a Framework for Future Skills Needs Identification in the MMS

The Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) is a registered Sector Education and Training Authority in terms of the Skills Development Act of 1998.

The MQA wishes to appoint a service provider to Research and develop a framework for future skills needs identification for the mining and minerals sector (MMS).

Evaluation criteria

• Phase 1: Mandatory Requirements
• Phase 2: Functionality (Technical): minimum threshold is 60 out of 100 points
• Phase 3: Price=80 points and B-BBEE = 20 points

Closing date

The proposals must be submitted electronically at tenders@mqa.org.za by no later than 11H00 on Monday, 07 November 2022. Late submissions will not be considered.
