MQA/02/22-23: The Appointment of a Service Provider to Implement and Manage an IT Disaster Recovery Solution for the Mining Qualifications Authority Using VEEAM Backup and Replication Solution

The Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) is a registered Sector Education and Training Authority in terms of the Skills Development Act of 1998.

The MQA would like to appoint an experienced service provider to provide an Information Technology (IT) Disaster Recovery (DR) Solution. 

Evaluation criteria

• Phase 1: Mandatory Requirements
• Phase 2: Functionality (Technical): minimum threshold is 60 out of 100 points
• Phase 3: Price=80 points and B-BBEE=20 points

Closing date

The proposals must be lodged inside the tender box situated at the MQA’s Head Office situated at 7 Anerley Road, Parktown, Block B by no later than 11H00 on Monday, 15 August 2022. Late submissions will not be considered.
