The Mining Qualification Authority (MQA) wishes to appoint a service provider to undertake a research study to investigate the factors that influence the managerial progression of the Historically Disadvantaged employees in the subsectors within the MMS.

Evaluation criteria
Phase 1: Mandatory Requirements
Phase 2: Functionality (Technical): minimum threshold is 60 out of 100 points
Phase 3: Price=80 points and B-BBEE=20 points

Closing date
The proposals must be submitted electronically at tenders@mqa.org.za by no later than 11H00 on Monday, 07 February 2022. Late submissions will not be considered.
