The Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) would like to appoint an experienced service provider to provide an Information Technology (IT) Disaster Recovery (DR) Solution.
The rationale for procuring IT DR services is to ensure uninterrupted continuation of the MQA’s business operations in the event of any business disruption occurring, which the accounting officer has declared to be a disaster.
The service level agreement for these services will be for a duration of thirty six (36) months.
Evaluation criteria
Phase 1: Mandatory Requirements
Phase 2: Functionality (Technical): minimum threshold is 60 out of 100 points
Phase 3: Price=80 points and B-BBEE=20 points

The proposals must be submitted electronically at tenders@mqa.org.za by no later than 11H00 on Monday, 07 February 2022. Late submissions will not be considered.
