SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 30 APRIL 2026
In line with the Skills Development Act of 1998, the SETA Grant Regulations stipulate that employers must submit the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and the Annual Training Report (ATR), to their allocated SETA by 30 April each year.
The Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) reminds employers in the Mining and Minerals Sector to submit their Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs) for the 2026/2027 financial year.
Employers who fail to submit their WSP-ATR by the specified deadline may forfeit their eligibility for the grant, which supports training initiatives.
